Product Delivery Policy
Upon confirmation of the order, the customer will be informed by email about the completion of the order and that it is being processed. The confirmation email includes the following information:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Date of order
- List of products with quantities and prices
- Subtotal
- Discount
- Shipping costs
- Tax
- Payment method
- Total amount
- Billing and shipping addresses
The products are sent to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order, accompanied by the sales receipt or invoice. In the case of gifts, a different shipping and billing address may be indicated.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information provided. In case of an error in the recipient’s contact information, the company is not responsible for the inability to deliver the product.
The online store cooperates with a courier service for the safe and fast delivery of products. Shipping costs are borne by the customers, who are informed of the exact cost before submitting the final order. Shipping costs are free of charge when the order is over 50€ (not including VAT).
The delivery time depends on the delivery address. The courier service makes deliveries from Monday to Friday. All products are shipped within 1-5 working days from the day of order. In times of heavy traffic, bad weather or force majeure, the mission may take longer. The company makes every effort to ship on time, but is not responsible for delays beyond its control.
If an order includes products with different delivery times, the delivery time for the whole order is based on the longest time. The company can split deliveries by informing the customer by email. The customer has the option to cancel part or all of the order.
In case of unexpected shortage or unavailability of a product, the company will contact the customer to arrange a new delivery, delivery of another product or cancellation of the order without charge and refund within a reasonable period of time.
